By the age of four, I remember wanting to do nothing else but photography, writing and reading. As a freelance journalist for nearly a decade, I continue to enjoy all three, as well as volunteering, and covering local events in my rural community not far from where I grew up.

With a growing photography and journalism career, the list of organizations I have written for continues to grow and I love sharing my passion with my journalism colleagues. Along with that, I also love my work for the travel opportunities. I have traveled extensively throughout Canada and the summer of 2022 was my first trip to Europe but I dream of traveling the world with my camera and a laptop.
